Frequently Asked Questions about the Certified Eco–Professional Programs

Why is the Certified Eco–Professional program better than an ECO Broker designation?

We don't comment on other programs other than to say any organization that helps develop and sponsor an understanding of the environment and how to reduce our impact on the environment is good to have around. CEP is different than all other programs; it focuses on environmental issues, as well as those issues which affect the pocket book of everyone

It carries a different tone and ties back into a less commercialized website and organization.
We teach in a classroom setting not online, and all our instructors are personally trained by Peter Lytle the Executive Director of LGLS Institute and are living the green life themselves.

Is the Certified Eco–Professional program connected at all with National Association of Realtors or Canadian Real Estate Association?
